I am having issues with the air suspension on my LR3/ Discovery 3. When I start the car up it says that suspension fault normal height only. I was… Just got an '06 LR3 last week, and trying to address some issues. It seems to have these issue upon startup: -HDC Fault. -Suspension Lowered. -Special programs not available. Looking through the great threads here, suggested causes seem to be a low battery, brake light switch, or corroded ground wire.
SUSPENSION FAULT, VEHICLE LEAN, WHEN CORNERING. If the following message is displayed in the message centre: SUSPENSION FAULT, NORMAL HEIGHT ONLY. This indicates an air suspension fault, but the vehicle can still be driven normally. LOW gear- GREEN Illuminates when LOW range has been selected; flashes during range change.

You are probably stuck in extended mode 20mm or so above off road height as that is a typical response for the system when you try to lower it, and one or more of the sensors
Once you hit 25 mph it throws a red suspension fault: do not exceed 30 mph. We checked over the LR3 ourselves and found that the front valve block was broken. We replaced it. The car then raised to normal height, acted fine for about 10 minutes and then threw an amber suspension light. Not even 30 minutes later the front sank back down.

After a few minutes of driving with vehicle raised (either llams settings or factory off road), the orange suspension fault light appears. Fault codes from most recent time were: C1A06-78 (28) Rear right height sensor - Mechanical failure - alignment or adjustment is incorrect. C1130-7A (6C) Air spring air supply - Mechanical failure - fluid k6xG.
