I generally use Hoya HD clear protectors (EF 24-105L ii, 100-400L ii, EF-M 18-150, EF-M 11-22), and I have an older Marumi Super DHG CPL for my 77mm lenses, and a Hoya HD CPL for my 55mm EF-M lenses. I have never noticed any issues, IQ degradation or strange artifacts with any of them.
To my suprise the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM is not in the list of recommended lenses. As I already own this lens (came with the 6D) I'm wondering should I look for a new 'standard' zoom lens and if so which one do you recommend for the 5DS(R) ?
